How we help golfers and active adults
One-on-one care built around real performance demands on the course and in everyday life.
Golf Physical Therapy
Golf-specific PT for the aches, stiffness, and swing limitations that keep showing up on the course. Get back to comfortable practice, confident swings, and finishing 18 without paying for it later.
Performance Physical Therapy (Active Adults)
One-on-one care for active adults who want to move better, stay strong, and keep doing what they love without constantly managing pain. Built for long-term capacity, not quick fixes.
Golf Performance Training
Training built to improve distance, consistency, and endurance so your swing stays powerful late in the round and your body keeps progressing between sessions.
FAQs
Common questions about our services, process, and how we work with golfers and active adults.
Start with a phone consult. We'll clarify your goals, discuss what's been limiting you, and recommend the best starting point, whether that's Golf PT, Performance PT, Golf Performance Training, or a combination. Many golfers benefit from both therapy and training depending on where they are in their recovery or performance journey.
Golfers are our specialty, but we also work with active adults who want performance-focused care and long-term capacity.
Traditional PT often focuses on getting you “back to normal.” We focus on getting you back to performing: moving better, swinging freer, and holding up through full rounds (and the next day). You’ll leave with a clear plan that targets what’s actually limiting you, so results show up in your game and your day-to-day and not just on the table.
We’re cash-based. That allows longer one-on-one sessions and a plan focused on outcomes. We accept HSA and can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
It depends on what’s driving the issue and how long it’s been there. After your evaluation, you’ll get clear milestones and realistic expectations so you know what progress should look like.
