Golf Physical Therapy | Georgetown, TX

Get back to playing the golf you love without pain calling the shots

If pain, stiffness, or recurring flare-ups are limiting how often you play (or how confident you swing), golf physical therapy helps you rebuild the capacity to practice, play 18, and keep improving without guessing or “swinging around it.

What Happens When Pain Goes Unaddressed

Playing Less

You pass on rounds, practice less, and start second-guessing golf trips because your body can’t reliably hold up.

Losing Distance and Confidence

Your swing gets tighter, you protect the painful area, and you lose speed and yards especially late in the round.

You Settle for Less

This is just how it is now,” and great golf slowly starts to feel like something you used to do.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers before you book a call.

Will this actually improve my golf… or just calm the pain down?

Both because they’re usually connected. If your body can’t rotate, load, or control positions well, your swing adapts. We focus on what your swing needs so you can move easier, swing freer, and hold up through 18.

How long will it take?

It depends on what’s driving the issue and how long it’s been there. After your evaluation, you’ll get a clear plan and realistic milestones so you know what “progress” looks like and when to expect it.

Do I need PT or performance training?

Some golfers need to get pain down and restore motion first (PT). Others are ready to build strength, speed, and durability (training). Many do a blend over time. We’ll help you choose the right starting point on the phone consult.

Is this worth the time and cost?

If pain, stiffness, or flare-ups are changing how you swing (or how often you play), this is usually worth it because it replaces guessing with a clear plan. The goal is simple: play more, feel better, and stop managing the same issue every season.

Do you take insurance?

We’re cash-based. That allows longer, one-on-one sessions and a plan focused on outcomes. We accept HSA/FSA, and we can provide a superbill if you’d like to submit for possible reimbursement.
